The Platte County Arts Council is pleased to announce the second year of our scholarship for graduating seniors attending Platte County high schools. The scholarship has been increased to $300, and is available to any graduating seniors attending a school in the Platte County area pursuing a secondary education in the area of the fine arts (visual art, vocal music, instrumental music, drama, or dance).
For more information on this scholarship, please e-mail us. Scholarships are available to download in MS Word format and PDF format.
Future goals include not only increasing the amount of this scholarship, but also in offering up scholarships to current arts students at Park University as well as a 'community scholarship' offered to local community members towards artistic goals (i.e., membership in Northland Community Choir, art supplies for artist, workshop fees, fees for dance classes, etc.).
