The full council meets quarterly, 6:30 p.m. to approximately 8:00 p.m., with specific information available via our e-mail newsletter and online in this space. These meetings are open and free to the public. If interested in attending a meeting, please e-mail us.

Committee meetings are held on a case-by-case basis. We do request that committee members be a member (or a representative from an organizational member/sponsor).
